Weird aiming glitchPS5

After being revived on an awkward incline during a multiplayer match, the rest of the game my aim was offset to my red dot. I was killed and assumed it would reset but somehow continued. I then I tried to jump into a tank and again, all my shots were landing to the right of my cross hair. Upon joining a new game the issue was resolved but has anyone else experienced this? Attached is a stock photo but the green circle is where all my shots were landing.

(note:I know what the weapon bloom is, this wasn’t that) just curious if it’s happened to anyone else.
