Weird movement like controller has mind of its own.

Sometimes feels like I’m having resistance with my controller like fighting it to move… occasionally it was teleport me 5-10ft sometimes 20 feet…. I've reset my control and tried a different controller and the weird movement thing happened again…. A few buddies have said it happened to them as well with the movement  resistance. It’s not my internet connection it is solid. Wondering if it’s a server issue..

Also today my rifle and knife were out at the same time and it wouldn’t let me put my knife away. And I didn’t have the option to look down the barrel because my knife was out….
