Weird UI glitches on weapons selection

When on the weapons screen occasionally I’ll get weird glitches around the square borders around the weapons. Once this happens it doesn’t really seem to go away, unless i restart the game. Can get it to replicate randomly. I don’t believe it’s GPU artifacting as my temps are all 60°, 70° hotspot and the glitches are bound to that specific area over the UI, not all sporadic. 

Im playing at 3440x1440, does this with Fullscreen, borderless, Vsync on or off, FSR on or off, doesn’t seem to care what sort of settings i’m running.
