Wont load in to next match with party

I can play 2-4 games before the bug appears, when countdown to next match is over everyone but me gets into the next match.

Game gets stuck at the after match screen.

Happens if i host or dont host, if we are 3 or 4 in party.

My friends play trough steam and i play trough EA app.
