Wrong Objectives

I've noticed often that when objectives are being taken or lost it will be called out incorrectly by the game.  If we are taking Objective A it sometimes tells us we are taking Objective B, if we are losing an objective sometimes it will say we are taking it.

I didn't notice it till the last 2 days so u did know if he was cause of the recent update or not.
