(Xbox) - Unable to search a game with squad.

It has been happening since I bought the game, but when I'm in a squad of 2-4 people, it sometimes doesn't even take me into the game with them. Then other times it take me but not them. We're constantly having to leave games until we all go in together. Anyone else having this issue?
