Xbox Elite controller bug?

I've been using m&k for the past week and decided to use my Xbox elite controller for a change but when I move the right stick around to aim it is incredibly slow even though I've changed no in-game settings, all my sensitivities are still the same, deadzones are normal etc. Since i've had this issue I've changed every single setting setting on/off to see if something changed but it's still the same.

I don't know if im the only one having this issue since it makes controller unplayable.
