Yet another graphical glitch - Blur effect

Here is the normal game (1080p, low settings)

And, at random times, the screen will have a blurry effect on it, especially noticeable in the foreground (your hands and weapon)

And just because one bad news is rarely alone, sometimes it can happen it also gets a "scope vision" glitch (dunno if it has an official name).  I previouslyt reported this here: Visual glitch - "scope" vision | EA Forums - 12868296

And when any of this happens, the brightness is higher and any explosion feels very blinding. It occurs at seemingly random times. I don't know any probable cause.

It is extremely distracting and annoying.
