[ZA] South African Matchmaking + Portal issues

I would like to recommend my South-African friends to buy BF6, but our ZA community is being plagued by a lot of matchmaking issues that make most people hesitant and chase away our small but dedicated playerbase:

Matchmaking seems to create a bunch of servers with +-5-20 real players filled with bots, that never get fully populated with real players. Looking at my friend list I can see multiple people pulled into different matchmaking servers even though we all have mostly empty servers.
To get past the matchmaking issues, the ZA community usually (Like in BF2042) flock to 1 or 2 community (Portal) servers that we are able to keep full of players. We would love to create some ZA servers but Portal global server quotas keep anyone from ZA from creating servers, making it impossible for ZA players to be able to fill up a server and enjoy the real BF6 experience.

I think adding region specific quotas for servers or having 1-2 official permanently hosted ZA servers would be fair, since anyone from ZA is basically not able to enjoy the game fully. In terms of matchmaking I think small region players should be put into servers with lots of other players, instead of creating lots of matchmaking servers first populated with bots in anticipation of lots of people joining. Either of these fixes would make all the ZA players really happy.

Suffering from the same issue, also from South Africa.
There is clearly something deeply flawed with the Matchmaking system since release, it just doesn't pool players together at all.
While we're all basically enjoying insanely-fast progression compared to other regions, since bots are free kills, it's only a matter of time before this becomes way more stale and boring to play than it already is and the local community abandons the game.
For a game costing 1/10th to 1/15th of a monthly salary not to have it's mutliplayer (primary mode) function correctly, is absurd.

In South America we have the same problem. It seems the game opens multiple servers with few players and many bots instead of opening fewer servers with many real people. Very frustrating.

From ZA as well..
I cant even get a lobby to fill because its always needing 2-4 more players. The real players end up leaving making the lobby a deadzone.
You leave to join another and the same thing happens.
Ive tried this in every game mode and ill be lucky to play a single game before giving up and resorting to the F2P modes.
At the moment im telling my friends to hold off from buying the game because the multiplayer is empty.
