Zero Hit Registration After Exiting Vehicle
Primary weapon hit registration non-existent upon exiting a ground or air vehicle. Swapping to secondary weapon and then back does not fix, secondary weapon still performs fine.

I have experienced this extensively, but in my case only when exiting a helicopter and parachuting down. I have been working to get assault rifle kills from 50m while aiming down sights and riding along in helis until an advantageous drop location comes by. Its a toss up whether or not I will get any registration of hits after landing. Oddly enough, the hits do still register against light armored vehicles and deployable equipment, just not against player targets.
