didn't get instant unlocks in bp with PRO battle pass

it's not only my problem (https://steamcommunity.com/app/2807960/discussions/0/614304582404968590/)
so i bought Battle pass PRO ( i'm playing from steam) and i can't use instant unlocks and the recruit content. 
It's been 6 six days, all the same i will be much happier if it worked from the start, but i guess nothing in this world is perfect, so i will really appreciate the support team to help not only me, but the community to solve this.🙃
