DirectX Error

Hello. It's been several months since the release, and there have been many updates (both successful and not so much))), several versions of drivers for my graphics card, and various attempts to solve the problem provided by the community, but this error has not been fixed. It's very interesting why. A significant number of people have this issue. I don't know what to do about it, and I've tried to solve it on my own with the help of the community, but nothing has worked. I really love this game, and it's amazing, but these problems are very frustrating.
