I bought Battle Pass Pro through EA, but I'm playing on Steam. Half of the skins have appeared, but the other half haven't. It shows checkmarks indicating I've received them, but they're actually locked. What should I do? Please tell me.
Two months later and still the same issue with people. I saw the new patch notes and they didn’t mention anything about it. It’s honestly so frustrating because there are absolutely no updates about it yet.

I have the same problem. The battle pass progress shows that the skin is unlocked, but the skin is locked in the appearance change menu.
Restarting the game doesn't help either.
