Same or very related issue for Steam version of F1 25 on Rog Ally X. The Game ran fine (a few minor issues) up to two days ago. Then F1 25 caused a system crash and a reboot. Now the game can’t remember controller settings and is missing most graphics. For example, I can start a time trial session, but can’t see the car, the track or anything.
I’ve reinstalled but same issues. I verified to find 3 corrupted files. But even after the fix, there’s still 3 corrupted files in the installation that do not go away.
