This problem has been happening for years, in F1 24 I made a difficulty table, practically every grand prix I changed, going from 92 to 98. Sometimes in the race I had to decrease the difficulty by 2, before playing the career I did the grand prix mode test, to make the difficulty table, in F1 24 it worked.
Yeah thats what im having to do ive got a notepad with all the race, but spending like 30 minutes trying to find the right AI in time trial on each track is a right pain, ruins the fun of the game if you can just go into career mode and enjoy some races.
