F1 25 Keeps Freezing and Crashing on PS5 Even After Restart
Hello I’m experiencing frequent freezing and crashes while playing F1 25 on my PlayStation 5. The issue occurs both in the game menus and during Career Mode gameplay. Sometimes it freezes while navigating menus, and sometimes mid-race — and then the game crashes completely, returning me to the PS5 home screen. I have already tried: Reinstalling the game Clearing the PS5 cache through Safe Mode Restarting the console (multiple times) Ensuring the latest game update is installed Verifying that storage space is sufficient Despite all these steps, the problem still happens after every restart. My console is well-ventilated and no other games are showing similar issues. Please advise if this is a known issue and whether a fix or patch is planned. Your help would be appreciated.
I am getting an error saying my apxgp team is not visible.
Hello, I purchased the full version of F1 25 via EA App, along with the Iconic Edition Upgrade Pack. However, the APXGP team is not available in My Team Career mode. I tried everything: Reinstalled the game and DLC Repaired via EA App Changed game language to English Deleted save files Made sure the DLC is shown as installed But APXGP still does not appear. Please help me activate my Iconic Edition content properly. This is clearly a license sync issue.
My Team - Upgrade "Breakthrough Level 4" has no tangible effect on gameplay
Hey all, title is as above. If you play through a My Team Career save, and you unlock the ability to get any of the "Aero/Durability/Powertrain/Chassis Breakthrough 4/4" buying these doesn't add additional modules, or any benefit to buying and owning. These are currently redundant upgrades that have no tangible impact on gameplay. This is 100% replicable bug. This was found on the Xbox Series X version of the game. Method of Reproduction: Start a My Team Save file. Playthrough the save file, focussing on the "Engineering" tab for "Facility Improvements" Unlock all the "Breakthrough" options until Phase 4. In phase 4, purchase any "Breakthrough 4/4" upgrade. Observe the R&D tree or R&D research/development. Result: You gain no hidden unlockable upgrades, or anything of value, and have spent money on an ineffective upgrade. I believe this would be worth it if there's some extra upgrades to unlock to help make the My Team car the best overall car in the game. That, or the My Team car needs a big overall buff to their peak potential. If there's any issues, please feel free to respond to the bug post here. Kind regards.
Incorrect Driver Numbers (MyTeam) - After Patch v1.04
Started Season 2 in MyTeam with the latest patch (v1.04) applied and a number of the F2 drivers have incorrect or duplicate numbers with the rest of the field. See photos attached. Max won S1 championship so retains his Number 1. I signed Zane Maloney in S2 for MyTeam and he is driving using Number 1, and is using a default font and not the font I have customised for my team (Nico is using correct font and number 27). Liam Lawson moved to Williams and is using Number 30, but Paul Aron took his seat and is also using Number 30. Victor Martins is using 77 in Sauber, which is either his number or still left over from the 'default' number as per the Time Trial bug. Hopefully this can be solved. ThanksBraking Assist
Quick one, why does the Braking assist feel like it adapts to your overall in Career? It always feels like once you get to around 82-85 a Low Brake assist will automatically jump to medium. You could be in the worst car on the grid and it still remains that it doesn’t feel like it is on low anymore. Is this intended behavior?
Time penalty not applied at end of race
Platform: PC Game Mode: Driver Career Driver: Jack Doohan Track: Melbourne (Australia GP) Lap: 57 / 58 Version: v1.06 Assist Settings: All assists off Issue Type: Race Logic / Penalty System On lap 51 of 58, I failed to let a car through when shown a blue flag. As such, I received a 10 second time penalty. This penalty was not served during a pit stop before the end of the race. Expected Result: After a receiving a time penalty and not serving it during a pit stop, the game should correctly apply the time penalty in the race classification. In this case I should've lost at least two positions. Actual Result: I kept my position even though SAINZ and GASLY were less than 10 seconds behind me. I suspect the game did not apply the penalty because I was a lap down on the leaders.Didn’t receive Joshua Pierce and Sonny Hayes in Career and Myteam
Hi there, I brought the f1 dlc movie pack it told me that they would have Joshua Pierce and Sonny Hayes added to Career and Myteam but when I went to check they weren’t there and also I did all of the moments for the movie and I didn’t get Sonny Helmet.Is there anything that y’all can do?
