APXGP Team Pack still missing...

A bunch of players here and on Reddit have reported the same issue, buying the Iconic Edition and or The Movie Scenarios before July 11th which would give you the APXGP Team Pack to be used in MyTeam as well as Sonny Hayes and Joshua Pearce being added as Icons. Yet like many of the users Ive yet to receive what Ive paid for, neither have we received anything regarding this issue as far as a fix. All we've had was a CM pop into one of the forums and change the status to "Not A Bug"  and remind us that the APXGP Team Pack was an LTO, which Im sure most of us knew that since we've stated purchasing the pack on  / prior to July 11th when reporting these issues.

Any actual help would be very much appreciated, as going through support chat leads to a "Thank you for letting us know, we've alerted the team of these issues and should be resolved soon!" and they redirect you back here to the forums.
