AI character strengths are illogical
The AI character strengths are like something from another universe! Tsunoda is on the podium every race... Verstappen wins every race... Norris and Piastri only finish 8th to 10th... Albon almost never makes the top 10... Sauber is always last, over 3 seconds behind per lap... Hadjar is barely better than 15th... Hamilton is always faster than Leclerc... etc. Has nothing to do with real F1 I hope there's an update on this and it's adjusted regularly. Not like F1 24, where there was NEVER an update on this.Team Radio Issues (PS5)
I am running into loads of bugs with the team radio on PS5. I don’t know if these are mode specific, as I’ve only really played Driver Career, but I suspect they are present throughout the game. Some of the issues include: The names of drivers being given incorrect. The engineer constantly refers to Norris as Piastri, ie “Piastri the car ahead” when it’s Norris. And referring to Piastri as “the McLaren driver”. Ocon and Bearman are referred to as “The Aston Martin driver” which is neither their name or the correct team. Telling me my team mate is in the pits when they aren’t. Incorrect reports on vehicle damage. Such as my DRS stopped working but it told me there was a problem with the engine. Incorrect timings. For example telling me the car ahead is 3 seconds away when it’s closer to 1 second. The lap after a pit stop I get a message that my lap times are too erratic and to try have more consistent laps. Obviously there’s going to be a big difference after a pit stop. Radio silence. This has only happened a few times but there are times where I have no Race Engineer at all and only saving and reloading mid race fixes this. There are several other bugs as well but these have been the most common that I’ve come across.MID SESSION SAVE CORRUPTED
Hello, during my driver career race at Canada, I attempted to do a mid session save, it gave me an error with two options, try again or continue without saving. It gave me an option to load the save but it failed when I tried, saying it was corrupted. I decided to leave the race and try to see if the save was corrupted completely or not. I didn’t want to do another 50 laps for nothing. It failed to load, giving me an option to retry or continue, I pressed continue and it proceeded to put me back at the start of the race. I attempted to do a mid session save again to determine if this was a bug, it worked fine but when I went to do it again later in the race, it gave me the same error. I seen another user report it was possibly due to a safety car but in both instances I didn’t have one come out. I’m not sure if this would be useful but the saves it told me were corrupted were called: CBCB7BC4 - 6522DF69 -CF228F62 System: PS5 PRO Version: 1.002.000 Mode: Driver Career Report Code: MRHS GHRH TSPP BLBM
Weekend tyre alocation bug
First I thought it was my mistake but when it happened 3 times in a row I knew something is wrong. Every time before my race in my team I check the tyre selection for the race ahead and pretty much all the time I keep it at balanced but when I get into the race weekend I got put hard alocation twice (in miami and imola) and now in monaco the game got me softer alocation even tho I wanted balanced, fix it please.
