Starting Position Incorrect
During me and my cousin's two-player career mode, our starting positions for both the Sprint and Full Race at the Shanghai International Circuit were incorrect. During the Sprint Qualifying, I set 2nd, while my cousin set 16th (was in the bathroom lol). Come the sprint, I was sitting at P1 and he was P2. Now, for the Race Qualifier, I set P1, and my cousin set P6. Come race day, I was P15 and he was P19. I don't understand how this could even be possible, and it is very discouraging to try in Qualifying if this will keep happening. I am a little worried about continuing our career mode if this is a known thing and not resolved. If anyone else has experienced this and found a fix, please let me know. Otherwise, I hope this is an easy fix or track-specific and will be addressed soon.MyTeam Tyre Allocation resetting (Possible Bug)
In my MyTeam career mode, before each weekend I am prompted to select a Tyre Allocation from "Softer", "Balanced" or "Harder". For my Monaco GP weekend, I selected the "Harder" allocation as I wanted 2 hard tyres for the Race. However I have since gone to the race weekend and I have been given the "Balanced" allocation which gives me 1x Hard Tyres and 2x Medium Tyres for the race. I am not sure if this is a bug or intentional so am hoping for some clarification. I have attached an image of the allocation given to me for the Monaco GP I previously mentioned, as you can see it is the "Balanced" allocation rather than the "Harder" allocation. The circled Medium tyre set should be available to me in Practice and the Hard Tyre set allocated for Practice should have been allocated where the purple circled tyre set is; if that makes sense.Vibrations turning off on controller
Randomly in online races, usually when someone in the lobby is lagging, all vibrations either reduce to a low setting or completely stop on PS5 and it makes the car extremely difficult to drive. A quick fix is to pause and un-pause the game, bringing back vibrations momentarily until they break again, usually within a lap. An easy fix would be to make vibrations client side if possible to avoid lag breaking them. This has been happening for the whole of F1 25, but since the 2026 DLC released it seems to have gotten worse. As far as I know this only affects PS5.[MyTeam] Fan Rating won't level up on 2025 saves
Since the 2026 Season Pack update, Fan Rating is not leveling up anymore on 2025 saves in MyTeam mode. See the attached picture! My Fan Rating was on level 6, the bar is filled, but it doesn't level up to level 7. It has been like this for 5(!) races now, I even completed an accolade, but my Fan Rating stays the same. After every race, the results screen shows the bar filling up, but it never changes to level 7. It is a game breaking bug, since you can't increase the number of available spots for sponsor decals on the car! The bug is present on all 3 of my 2025 saves! The issue doesn't effect 2026 saves. EA_cuervo With respect, please forward this to the devs, and have them fix this ASAP! The 2026 DLC has caused several new bugs in the main game. This us unacceptable!ERS bug Singapore
Racing in Singapore in driver career and the battery deployment is bugged. In qualifying, I left boost mode ON for the whole lap and the battery wouldn’t deplete past 60% and the there was no speed gained with boost mode on. In the race, with boost on the whole lap, battery doesn’t deplete lower than 70%. This makes the player totally uncompetitive at this track.Energy deployment and fuel usage during raining are broken (F1 26 DLC)
When the track is wet, I'm unable to use ERS mode, but the battery still drains very quickly while the car struggles to reach top speed. It's almost impossible to keep up with the AI drivers on the straights. Moreover, the fuel usage is incredibly high when it's raining, even though I'm not usually on full throttle when exiting corners to keep the car on the track. Does anyone else suffer from a similar bug?Sprint tyre allocation not updated in the DLC
Since the C6 tyre was removed in 2026, any tracks that used them had to be updated to not include it anymore and use the C5-C3 range. This applies for the following tracks: Montreal, Imola, Monaco, and Baku. However, if the weekend type is chosen to be a sprint weekend, the tyre allocation reverts back to the 2025 allocation of C6-C4 rather than the updated 2026 allocation of C5-C3. This can be most easily seen in career mode where the new Montreal sprint shows the allocation as C6-C4, even though the C6 shouldn't even exist. Screenshots below show Grand Prix mode, C5-C3 tyres are correctly shown for Montreal, however if you choose the weekend structure to be Sprint and Race, when you load into the weekend the tyre allocation will update to be C6-C4 as shown in the Sprint Qualifying 1 session.F1 25 stuck on "Starting EA Javelin AntiCheat" - eaanticheat.sys never installs
I'm playing F1 25 through Steam. The game worked fine for about 9 hours yesterday. Now every launch gets stuck on "Starting EA Javelin AntiCheat" and never reaches the game. I have already: Reinstalled F1 25. Verified game files. Repaired and reinstalled EA Javelin AntiCheat multiple times. Cleared the EA App cache. Restarted Windows. Ran Steam and the installer as Administrator. Ran DISM successfully. Ran SFC successfully with no integrity violations. During troubleshooting I found: Event Viewer: EA Javelin AntiCheat Event ID 1000 ExitType 95 (267) The EA AntiCheat service exists. The registry points to: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\eaanticheat.sys However, that file does not exist. The EA Javelin installer detects F1 25 and reports "Installation successful", but the driver is never installed. The registry key exists under: HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\EAAntiCheat ImagePath is: system32\drivers\eaanticheat.sys DISM and SFC both completed successfully. Windows Code Integrity shows no driver blocks. pnputil does not show an EA AntiCheat driver package. C:\ProgramData\eaanticheat is created but contains no logs or crash dumps. Windows 11 Version 25H2 OS Build 26200.8894 Has anyone else experienced this or found a fix?[Bug] Unrealistic AI Wet Weather Pace... AGAIN!
Platform: PC (Steam) Game Mode: Career Mode Track: Suzuka Circuit AI Level: 100% Control Device: Logitech G29 Description of the Issue: There is a massive discrepancy in AI pace between dry and wet track conditions on the Suzuka Circuit when playing at 100% AI difficulty. Dry Conditions: The balance is perfect. My lap times are completely competitive and equal to my teammate’s pace. Wet Conditions (Intermediate / Full Wet): As soon as the rain starts, the AI suddenly becomes 5 to 10 seconds per lap faster than humanly possible, despite using the correct compound for the conditions. The AI gains an immense, unnatural advantage specifically on corner exits and straight-line speed through wet sections, suggesting their traction physics and power delivery are unaffected by the low-grip surface. Background & History: This exact issue was already present in the original F1 25 (before 2026 seazon pack) and was reported multiple times by the community. Although previous bug report threads on this topic were marked as "Solved" / "Resolved" on the forums, the issue was never actually fixed in the game. Subsequent reports from players regarding this bug have been consistently ignored, yet the problem persists in the 2026 Season Pack. Expected Result: AI lap times in the wet should scale realistically, increasing by a similar margin as the player's lap times due to reduced grip. Actual Result: The player loses traction and time naturally, while the AI retains dry-like traction on corner exits, gaining up to 5–10 seconds per lap and dominating on straight lines. Additional Notes: This issue completely ruins wet weather sessions and races on higher AI difficulties, as the player cannot adjust the AI difficulty slider mid-session once the rain starts falling.
