Lost all progress and dlc content in f1 26 on ps5
Hello EA Support, I am experiencing a serious issue with F1 26 on PlayStation 5. When I launched the game, it started as if I was playing for the first time. Since then, I have lost all of my game data, including: All custom car setups for every track. All customized items I purchased or unlocked. Cars, suits, helmets, gloves, and other customization items. Game progress and personal settings. My PlayStation Network account and EA account are the same accounts I have always used. I have not changed accounts, and my save data appears to have been overwritten after the game reset. I have already checked my PS5 console storage and cloud saves, but I cannot recover my previous data. Could you please investigate whether my EA profile or cloud data can be restored? If this is a known issue, I would appreciate any assistance in recovering my progress and purchased content. Thank you for your time. I look forward to your reply. Platform: PC (Steam) Game Mode: Career Mode Track: Suzuka Circuit AI Level: 100% Control Device: Logitech G29 Description of the Issue: There is a massive discrepancy in AI pace between dry and wet track conditions on the Suzuka Circuit when playing at 100% AI difficulty. Dry Conditions: The balance is perfect. My lap times are completely competitive and equal to my teammate’s pace. Wet Conditions (Intermediate / Full Wet): As soon as the rain starts, the AI suddenly becomes 5 to 10 seconds per lap faster than humanly possible, despite using the correct compound for the conditions. The AI gains an immense, unnatural advantage specifically on corner exits and straight-line speed through wet sections, suggesting their traction physics and power delivery are unaffected by the low-grip surface. Background & History: This exact issue was already present in the original F1 25 (before 2026 seazon pack) and was reported multiple times by the community. Although previous bug report threads on this topic were marked as "Solved" / "Resolved" on the forums, the issue was never actually fixed in the game. Subsequent reports from players regarding this bug have been consistently ignored, yet the problem persists in the 2026 Season Pack. Expected Result: AI lap times in the wet should scale realistically, increasing by a similar margin as the player's lap times due to reduced grip. Actual Result: The player loses traction and time naturally, while the AI retains dry-like traction on corner exits, gaining up to 5–10 seconds per lap and dominating on straight lines. Additional Notes: This issue completely ruins wet weather sessions and races on higher AI difficulties, as the player cannot adjust the AI difficulty slider mid-session once the rain starts falling.Online service error
I experienced this problem 2 days ago and it's happening again. It just solved by itself at first time but now I'm not sure when it will be. I've also read all the messages in the mailbox. I retried to connect in the mailbox and got a connection one time but I lost connection again when I tried to enter f1 world. And the error code keeps changing. Please check and let me know what I can do. p.s. I got connection as soon as I edited this post... this is so random. this time, it took about 60~70 hours to get fixed. p.s. I just did a Monaco 100% race and the replay is once again not fully available. Only the last two and a half laps (of the 78 laps) were there. Please look into this issue! Report code: HHVV-GLGL-CJSH-JJHJ Platform: Xbox Series S Wheel / Controller: Wheel (Thrustmaster T248) Bug description: My wheel's panel is glitching while I am playing F1 25: 2026 Season Pack. The panel's text is stuck at showing the text GEAR, instead of actually showing the gears / speed / positions etc. When I am opening the panel's settings menu, or want to change what to be shown, the same problem occurs. This issue is happening since the latest patch, that came out today at noon. Here you can see that I am opening the panel settings menu on my wheel (this is marked by two lit stripes at the bottom left of the panel), the wheel actually detects that I opened the settings, however the panel is stuck at showing the text GEAR. During gameplay the panel also shows the GEAR text. What do you expect to see: While I am driving I want to see the speed / position / gears details to be shown on my wheel's control panel, for example if I set my panel to show the RPM, this is what I should see: However the panel is showing this: Additional information: the alternate ways to troubleshoot this at the moment is by pausing the game and opening the Xbox menu, by pressing the Xbox button. Playing in the wet weather sometimes, I have noticed that sometimes I have access to the Hotlap ERS mode, sometimes I’m limited to only Medium and None. Sometimes when I restart the session, I regain access to Hotlap. According to some people I know, this bug also occurs in multiplayer races, some drivers have access to Hotlap in the wet, some don’t, which means that some drivers are completely disadvantaged.
