Canada T3 Track Limits

At Canada on Strict Corner Cutting, T3 has rather inconsistent track limits. You can cut the corner and get a warning or 10s. I'm not sure exactly what the exact criteria is for a warning or a straight penalty. You can get up to 6 of these 10s penalties then on the 7th you get DQ'd.
