I use F2 to collect all awards from podium pass. However, a driver movement is missing (doesn’t show up in the library of personalization of driver). What’s more, it continuously shows up a notification sign to remind me that there’s something I haven’t viewed in my library. So can you try to fix it, or just add that to my library?

I’m on Steam platform. When I try to redeem the item, nothing weird happened. NO errors, NO weird notifications. However I just cannot see some of them in my library. I think I received them but they didn’t show up. When i go back to the podium pass page, it shows that I’ve already collected those items.
Can you provide a video of what happens when you try to redeem the item? Also what platform are you on
