F1® 25 DLC Description Mismatch – APXGP Team and Unlockables Not Available in Driver Career I purchased F1® 25 and the F1® The Movie related DLC on Steam. The Steam store page clearly states the following description: Experience the thrill of F1® The Movie in F1® 25. Step into the APXGP cockpit and play through six adrenaline-fueled scenarios inspired by the movie. Race your teammate at Silverstone, push the limits in wet conditions at Monza, and finish dramatically under the bright lights of Abu Dhabi. Unlock the Joshua Pearce helmet usable in F1® World or Driver Career, and complete all chapters to unlock the Sonny Hayes helmet. However, in the actual game, I am experiencing the following issues: The APXGP team is not available in Driver Career mode The APXGP team is also not selectable in Team Career mode The Joshua Pearce helmet listed in the DLC description is not unlocked or received The only DLC content I actually received is: The six movie scenario chapters The Sonny Hayes helmet This means that content clearly described as usable in “F1® World or Driver Career” is not actually provided. Since EA Help is currently unavailable, I am reporting this issue through the official EA forum and would appreciate clarification on the following points: Is the APXGP team intended to be unavailable in Driver Career or Team Career modes? If so, why is this limitation not clearly stated on the Steam store page? Why is the Joshua Pearce helmet, which is explicitly listed, not available? Will this issue be resolved through a future update, or will the store description be corrected? If this is a case of mismatched product description and delivered content, will compensation or corrective action be provided? This discrepancy affects purchasing decisions, and I kindly request an official response and resolution. Thank you.Missing team liveries
I completed Survival Mode challenges and successfully claimed rewards using Survival Mode tokens, but the liveries never appeared in my game. Missing rewards, Ferrari Monza livery and Red Bull Japan livery. I claimed all of these in Survival Challenge Mode and received confirmation, but they do not show in my livery inventory. I already contacted EA Chat Support and they were unable to resolve it.Missing content report
Hello, I would like to report a missing content problem. Since you have added audio cues for making this game more accessible, I could greatly appreciate your hard work and dedication for this area of the development. However, last piece to make this game, even more accessible is to add screen reader support.. This way, as other many blind gamers, we finally can enjoy and experience formula One 2025 like everybody else. Me and others for who are blind, I write this, I would greatly appreciate this last effort of yours if you would add the screen reader support. Glitch where the development cost of an upgrade is $0 and cannot be selected. I currently have it for all departments but Aerodynamics as there was another glitch that did not tell me / show me about a regulation change. Hello EA Support, I purchased F1 25 Iconic Edition on Xbox Series X on December 11, 2025 (Gamertag: Balazs0813, EA ID: Balazsbence2009). However, the APXGP Team Pack does not appear under Manage game & add-ons or in-game. I contacted Xbox Support, and they confirmed the APXGP DLC should have been included with my Iconic Edition purchase. They advised me to contact EA Support because EA manages and distributes this content. I have attached their email for reference. Steps I have tried: Verified purchase in Microsoft account Checked Manage add-ons (APXGP not listed) Power cycle and license refresh EA account link confirmed Please re-grant the APXGP Team Pack entitlement to my account or advise next steps.
