I Cant seam to find a way to claim the F1 TV Pro I was promised for buying F1 25 Iconic edition.

Only possible in the US, if you're from the US the idk.
To add to what Filside said, they sent out an e-mail with a code and instructions to claim it through F1.com. If you haven't seen an email I would check through your spam folder
I have been contacting EA support for 3 days now and I am just now getting somewhere on it. I have the same problem and have not received anything on it..
