The exact same thing happened to me, I use the T598 base with the SF1000 steering wheel and neither of them are recognized, nor are the profiles I had saved, and I can't do anything :(
As a temporary workaround until the patch comes out, try changing the PlayStation mode 1 to blue.
I have a question how can i get to the playstation Mode 1 to blue?
