CAREER MODE EMAILS

I was playing in career mode and my team finished with a 1-2. I went back to the headquarters and opened the email screen to find 2 emails. One said that the team got a 1-2 in the race, but the other said I got 1st and 3rd in that exact same race. Why is it sending me that email. Please EA can you fix this it is quite annoying to have to deal with every time my team gets a 1-2.
