During career mode the commentator refers to Lando Norris as Piastri and during a safety car none of the lapped cars unlap themselves.Dies this happen to anyone else?

So the Lando-Piastri thing happens in MyTeam too, I just ignore it for now because they have bigger problems.
Lapped cars have never been allowed to unlap in this game.
