Controller vibration problem

this issue still happening a lot of times on race leagues I completely lost the vibration or the vibration is with less intesity this problem is happening to me since game came out even i broke a controller by frustration thinking the problem was the controller but it was not the problem and then when i came with a new controller the same problem still happening so please fix it i really need help we need a patch pls
