Steering right when wheel held straight.
Hi, never had the issue during the EA trial period but now when I go to race, the car veers right when the wheel is centred, when taking hand off the wheel, force feed back naturally lines it back up with the steering wheel slightly turning left to go straight, anyone else have this issue? Tried every calibration setting imaginable… (G923 wheel base)
Co-op career desync and blocked: FIX URGENTLY!
Me (F1_gtFisichella) and my friend pippo100799 had recently started a co-op career with 16 races for the first season and last time we played until the 8th race at Silverstone. Today we login for starting the 9th race at Spa-Francorchamps, but we couldn't move forward because, since last time he logged out while in the silly season cutscene of midseason, it went back to his personal QG while i'm at the circuit on race weekend. The problem is that we can't advance to the sessions because he's stuck on QG and can't advance to the race weekend since in his interface there is no X button to advance (therefore, we can't race anymore). We tried everything from changing host to even expel my friend and inviting him back to career, but he still returns to QG without possibility to advance on race weekend. Looks like is a server problem since last time he logged out in the middle of cutscene while i went through all of it until the arrival on the track. Please fix it ASAP since we both want to continue the career since we're home for the holiday season. Thanks in advanceDualSense Controller Disconnects After "Press Any Key" Screen in F1 25 (Steam)
Hello, I'm experiencing a serious issue with F1 25 on Steam while using a DualSense (PS5) controller. When I launch the game, the controller works fine during the initial splash screen. However, as soon as I press any key to continue past the “Press Any Key” screen, the game displays a message saying DualSense controller disconnected", and the controller stops working entirely. Unplugging and reconnecting the controller doesn't solve the problem. It only starts working again after alt tab the game. But once I reopen the game, the issue happens again — the controller disconnects right after "Press Any Key." So at the moment, I’m completely unable to play F1 25 using my DualSense controller. Here’s what I’ve tried so far: Using both wired and Bluetooth modes (same result) Toggling Steam Input support (enabled/disabled) Reinstalling the game Verifying game files Updating controller firmware and Windows drivers Please let me know if this is a known issue or if there is any solution or workaround. I would really like to play F1 25 using my DualSense controller.
Workaround: [Silverstone PIT LIMITER 60km/h] DOESN'T WORK
You reduced the pit lane speed at Silverstone to 60 km/h to avoid gaining an advantage on the last lap by entering the pit lane. Your workaround DOESN'T WORK because I've been overtaken numerous times by taking shortcuts on the last lap. My proposed solution to this problem, which has been present in F1 games for many years: The pit lane should be closed on the last lap, and attempting to enter the pit lane should result in a penalty (e.g., DSQ). Similarly, failing to use two different slick tire compounds in the race (in dry conditions) also results in a DSQ penalty. Then, the correct pit lane speed could be set to 80 km/h. It's strange that no one has thought of this after all these years.
