Downshift Does Not Slow Car

This is not an idea. It is a bug. Cars do not act as required when downshifting into turns. Car actually gains speed. Requires so much braking the tires lock up. I have since refunded the game but still hope to see a fix so I can (might) give it another chance. 23 and 24 allow the car to perform as required and expected.
