Hello,
I purchased a 1-month EA Play subscription through the Epic Games platform. Within this subscription, the 5-hour F1 25 trial currently has 1 hour and 39 minutes remaining. Since I liked the game, I also purchased F1 25 Iconic Edition during the Epic Games sale.
After installing the full version, I am unable to launch the game. When I try to start it through the EA App, I receive an error telling me to verify the game on the Epic Games platform. On Epic Games, I see two launch options for F1 25. No matter which one I select, the splash screen appears, and then the game asks whether I want to launch the normal version or the VR version. After selecting one of them, nothing happens. The game closes with no progress.
Both the EA App and Epic Games briefly show the game as “running,” but after a few seconds, this status disappears.
It looks like the remaining trial entitlement and the full game entitlement are conflicting with each other. I need help resolving this issue so I can launch and play the full version properly.
