For console users especially - given voice commands are not supported, please let us:
- (Ideall option) have a customisable 1st page list for voice commands - which can be populated with any of the voice command options
- (And/ Or further to point 1) let us re-order existing voice command pages and option list orders contained in the pages
- (Last resort option) allow us to pause the race/ game and select a voice command from the options and hear the answer
The Voice commands/ Radio MFD is far too difficult to use in race situations - If you use the MFD on anything other than a straight, you’ll bin it - and you have to know what commands are where otherwise you’ll run out of time to make the selection.
This suggestion has been made repeatedly by me and others since F1 23 being available on PS5, given the PS5 voice command restrictions, for which a resolution looks to be far off/ impossible.
Now that the games are not supported on legacy consoles, which did support voice inputs, this functionality should be added as soon as possible and should not be too difficult to achieve.
