Hi I’m having a problem saving during a race on 100% distance in f1 career mode. I can save after lap 2 say but when I get to lap 18,20 or higher the save comes up error. It’s frustrating as it’s done this twice and I’m starting all over again! It didn’t happen when I was doing full distance in F2. Is there a bug in the system that can fix this. I’m playing this on PS5 regards Brian

Lots of people including myself are having this same issue, all on PS5. Multiple reports of it in this forum and none I’ve seen have even had a reply from EA. Hopefully they fix it but not acknowledging it leads me to believe they’re not taking reports seriously.
Same here, saves and loads fine if done during a practice for example, but if I try during the first 5 laps of the race it'll say it saved but then if I try and load it, it says the save is corrupted. Then if I try to save after 10 laps just says error can't save. but hey, we're only the ones buying the game 🤷♂️
Exactly the ones buying it! Fine during f1 24 but not this year. Cannot sell a game that has these type of bugs in it!

I have the same problem, It happens in every race in career mode, it's unplayable for me. Every time I try to save mid race, let's say past lap 15-20, It says that the file Is corrupted, I'm in PS5 aswell and Hope this gets fixed asap
Same issue for me, but only during Manual save on 100% Career mode. Auto save between sessions with no error and seems to load ok. I haven't seen any response from EA yet... needs to be fixed ASAP
Same issue for 50% races, on PS5. Usually able to save with no issues in the first opening laps, but after about 10-15 laps I'm no longer able to save, just prompts "Unable to save" error.
I have exactly the same problem, I have already written an entry. I hope that EA finally fixes this.

Same Problem here in Myteammode on PS5 pro and 50% races.
