UPDATE: Issue fixed. I was able to fix the crashes by updating my BIOS. Now i can finally play the game.
Doesn't work for me. Brand new laptop. Got it running as soon as I installed it. Went thru a bunch of Windows updates and whatnot including a BIOS update. Doesn't even try to start after the splash screen.
