Game Freezes then Crashes

Started Breaking Point and was able to get accustomed to the car for a few laps then the screen freezes and game crashes back to Xbox dashboard. Second attempt to play game and it froze while adjusting settings. Third attempt crashed while on main menu screen. Xbox support directed me here after troubleshooting EVERYTHING including taking apart my Series X and cleaning it inside stating that being this is the only game in my library (50+games) that has this problem it is definitely an EA issue. Hoping to get a solution to this problem
