It happened to me 2 times yesterday:
Game modes impacted: Co-Op Career (Multiplayer)
What circuit are you on: Australia and China
What team are you using: KICK SAUBER
This can happen both on supported pit-stop and in manual pit-stop settings.
After driving into the box and successfully changing tires, the red light is not going green and the car is staying still for around 10-20sec (even if no other car is currently in pitlane), after that the light suddenly turns green and you can continue with the race.
