Since the last patch, this has happened to my second driver every single race in the season (5 races total). They just sit at the pit stop with clear release after the tires are changes. Difference of either finishing between 3-5 and ending up out of the points below 12.
Update. It has now happened every race since one of the last patches. I am in season 3 and it didnt happen in the first two seasons. It probably started 1-2 weeks back.
