Can you share with us your save game file, please? The team is trying to reproduce the issue with your instructions and a save game could help a lot.

Any update regarding this? This is quite game breaking and I have another example here where my teammate looses 15 positions because of this game breaking bug. This is also impacting my rivarly as we are loosing out on points we would have otherwise been scoring.
I did see someone suggest in one of these topics is seems to occur after you upgrade your pit crew and vaguely remember not having this issues before I upgraded them.

Reattching the screenshot and the save file here as I can't upload a zip file. This is now more impacting my team mate more than me after turning the pit release assist off.
