I bought this game a week ago for my pc and it worked fine. Then out of nowhere I could not connect to a multiplayer lobby anymore.

I tried the usual things like: modem reset, pc/game restart, update all drivers/software, uninstalled Gigabyte control center and internet Gigabyte related software.
Then I disabled crossplay and I can START a lobby. The game finds maybe 1 player after 5-10 min of waiting and starts the race.
What the hell is going on and how do I fix this? Why can't I use crossplay anymore? Why can't I join a session in crossplay?
Can somebody from EA look into my account to see if there is something wrong?
