F1 25 – PC crash (system restart, not just game)
Hello, I am experiencing a serious issue with F1 25 on PC. The game does not just crash to desktop – it causes a complete system crash and forces my PC to restart. Details: • System: Fresh Windows installation (clean, fast, no other issues). • GPU driver: AMD Adrenalin 25.5.2 (installed via clean install). • Hardware: Tested with Cinebench and Heaven stress tests – stable, no errors. • Event Viewer / Reliability Monitor: Only shows “Windows shut down unexpectedly”, no specific game error. • Other games (e.g., League of Legends) run perfectly fine without any problems. • The issue happens exclusively in F1 25, usually during races or loading screens. • I have tried: reinstalling the game, clean driver install, Windows update rollback, and even a full clean Windows reinstall – the problem persists. • I also tried forcing DX11 mode by adding -dx11 in EA App launch options, but the crash still happens. Symptoms: • PC suddenly resets as if a hard crash occurred. • No error message from the game. • Happens only in F1 25. Conclusion: Since my system is clean and stable, and other games work normally, this looks like a bug in F1 25 Can someone help me pls if u have same problems?
VR not working (AMD 9070XT)
I also askes AMD about this issue: On my GPU 9070XT i still have a VR issue. Tried everything with new and the latest 25.10.2 driver but no luck. So i'm back on the AMD 25.4.1 release (amd-software-adrenalin-edition-25.4.1-win10-win11-apr22-rdna). INGAME: Tried everything, but i still get a strange grey image in VR and only the HUD ingame is showing correctly (with F1 25). I saw posts online with positive results. Is there anything you can do? Or do you have any tips/tricks? Note: this only occurs in F1 25, all other games DO work
Incorrect post-race cheer
Sometimes, when I finish a race in second place with a minimal time loss (e.g., about 0.050 seconds), I hear my own cheer, which should be the winner's cheer. And the winner did NOT receive any time penalty. This has happened to me several times (often in Belgium). Please fix this! Also, please fix the premature raising of the hand (or both hands) in victory. This should happen AFTER crossing the line, but it happens BEFORE the finish line. It looks especially unrealistic in the final corner in Singapore, when both hands are raised before the finish line while the car is in the corner.

Wheel freezing in online races
Wheel and pedals freezing in online races with over like 7 people. It happens suddenly and usually in corners. And in offline mode everything works fine. I have stable connection and good pc but now suddenly when i started playing again this happens, and it makes the racing undoable. In 2025 everything worked fine but now something has happened.
Dynamic Resolution Target FPS missing in VR
Hi, while the Dynamic resolution itself is working in VR, the option "Dynamic Resolution Target FPS" is missing. My visor is PSVR2 with adaptor, 120Hz, capped to 60Hz via SteamVR. My guess is that F1 25 Dynamic resolution is aiming to 120Hz (in fact it always scales down to the minimum value I choose even with plenty of headroom). Can you please add "Dynamic Resolution Target FPS" to VR mode too ? Thanks.
Cost Cap Not Resetting After Each Season
I just started my 3rd season and at the end of season 2 I spent around 120 million. At the start of season 3, I am at that same 120 rather than going back down to zero. I only have 13 million left of wiggle room under the cost cap. I can maybe do one or two races before I cross the line. I don't want to keep playing because I don't want to ruin my My Team because of the constructor and budget penalties that come with crossing the cost cap. Please fix ASAP, I have seen other people report this!X-Formig Special Livery texture glitch with an extra white line.
On the X-Formig Special livery that we received as a title sponsor reward, there is a visible white line on the right side of the driver's cockpit, while there isn't one on the left. Upon closer inspection, those white lines seem to be some texture glitch that should not have appeared there. The location and the look of the white line are shown in the pictures below. I used the Decal Edit view for screenshots to better show the issue, but that white line appears in both Career mode and F1 World Car. It also appears in both the monitor view and in VR mode (I noticed it via VR mode to begin with). Report Code: RGGG-RJZS-SXXZ-VBJD
