Someone hit the barrier and its moved for everyone, closed up the pitlane a little making it more narrow...
I've attached pics of the same race from different users, the 2nd pic is the original person that hit it and shifted it.
This all happened in an online race, I've jumped in time trial and able to replicate it, it's just like Japan's barriers before the last corners from last year but the whole server experiences it instead.
