In game crash and graphics bug- NVIDIA RTX 4070

At this bug report you will find report codes for bugs i faced while I am playing:

1. Crashes with no reason
2. Car image with a different collor (usually full black or car without tire)
3. drizzling image making impossible to play

The only NVIDIA versions that work are 576.52 or 576.40. 576.52 has more bugs after game start. 

576.40 has issues to start the game, but once starts issues are lower than the recomended version. Ho0wever, still exists.
