What is the point of having this "Mail" section when it takes 20 years for it to load

Let's not forget that if you don't regularly delete your mail (noting you have to claim things before you can delete the mail) your risk the dreaded connection loop bug and your profile will be unplayable. Currently dealing with this issue and into day 2 of claiming and deleting emails. It's beyond painful. Right now I have a game I cannot play because it won't connect. Reason for non-connection is the mailbox size. I've created another profile on the same xbox and that one works perfectly - because it's new and has no mail yet. Contacting ea support is impossible and the support ai is beyond useless.
