hi i am about to start my monaco race but in my case it s on 50% and wet all along, for now the game just tells me to do 2 stops on the aggressive strategy, so i guess i will not be penalised if i stop only once. That s what i ll do and come back for further updates.
i indeed received no penalty for stopping once. All the AI cars stopped only once
