Thank you all for your reports and the information you've shared.
We've identified the issue, and a fix will be included in the next patch. This was a retail-only problem, meaning it couldn't be reproduced in our test or development environments. As a result, it took longer to diagnose and debug.
Your messages were incredibly helpful in allowing us to understand the issue. Thank you again for your support.
As it requires more thorough testing, we're holding off until the next patch to ensure everything is stable and not rushed.
We really appreciate your patience!

Yeah, I experienced and was one of many here that reported this wheel issue over 2-weeks ago, then I went away to work.
I return home from work in seven (7) days, and I really hope that this issue is fixed by then 🤞
I feel for you SIM Racers that have been home but unable to play F1-25 with the Logitech & ThrustMaster wheels during this time.

- Type of Issue
- I believe it's a force feedback issue and not a trueforce issue for me.
- When Does It Happen?
- Pretty much immediately when starting a lap.
- Nature of the Problem
- My wheel is snapping hard to the left and right. I've tried turning off TF and then turning it back on, and I can feel the difference. For me TF still seems to be working but to what degree is hard to tell. It's basically unplayable because I'm unable to control the wheel and I'm likely to injure my wrists trying to hold on to the wheel.
- Platform Specifics
- PS5 and RS50. I've tried with the base set to PRO mode and RS mode and get the same results. If I'm remembering correctly, before the update the base had to be set to pro mode in order to work.

Can we get at least some communication? FFS what is this? It's now 2 weeks. People spent money! Your game is not working properly!

Just booted up F1 25 on my PS5 with my Logitech Pro Direct Drive for the first time in a week.
This game is unplayable now. The wheel will **bleep** to the left/right when on a straight. Googled the issues and was brought here see other users having the same issue.

Issue is with the force feedback, feels choppy and unpredictable (like the first beta). it always happens, it’s like Theres a dead zone in the middle of a wheel and it’s bouncing back and forth in between it, it happens on ps5
All game modes

EA_cuervo Following up on this thread again.. as you can see by the other comments the delay/lack of any information, patch or rollback plan is now heavily affecting the Customer Satisfaction. This is a game-breaking issue that essentially renders it unplayable until this is fixed, and those (like myself) who play this game competitively in Leagues have essentially had any chance of performing well in them stripped away now, simply because of issues with a peripheral.
I appreciate this is becoming a 'Don't shoot the messenger' deal but as our only contact point, you need to escalate this as in all honesty this isn't what we expect from one of the Biggest and most Successful Game Developers on the planet.
