Repeated Radio Warnings that Tyres are in danger of puncture

If I ever hit 80% tyre wear in grand prix mode (all I've tested for), every single time I use a flashback or mid-session save I get the warning every time that the tyres are in danger of getting a puncture. It will even repeat it in the same race after I've boxed and put on a fresh set of tyres.
