Reporting Dirty Driving

Dirty driving needs to be reportable and bannable. I am sick of dirty drivers crashing me out of races or at best ruining the rest of my race. I consistently lose ranked points and licence because of peoples dirty driving. Not only this but half of the time someone tries to crash me out and I get a penalty, notably getting shoved off the track and when re-joining getting a penalty (on a straight, not cutting a corner). Dirty driving is almost promoted on this game and has no punishment whatsoever.
