Thrustmaster t248 wheel xboxseries x pc

After like a hour or so the game will being crashing. Can't look back on track and buttons on wheel doesn't work and then they game will full shut down, I'm using a thurstmaster t248,with the xbox s

I'm not to sure if they understand that most of the players base is on wheel tbh with you. Every game they get worse with the feeling on wheel! And takes then awhile to fix anything. Without breaking summit eles.

I can't run a session for more than hour. The game starts to stutter, some buttons become in active and then the game crashes on the post race loading screen. I'm having to go back to using the game pad which is incredibly disappointing after spending nearly 450 pounds on a racing cockpit and wheel for this game. Please look into this EA. 

EA are we going to get a response and a resolution to this? The T248 is an officially licensed Xbox racing wheel and you listed it as compatible with the game, so it's not acceptable to just ignore these catastrophic problems with the game. I bought this wheel for £260 pounds for this game and I'm devastated that I am now having to now play back with a controller. Not only did I purchase the wheel but I also invested in a playseat challenge racing cockpit too. F1 is the only racing game I have time to play so now my racing gear sits at the side of the room gathering dust completely unusable. Can you imagine how frustrating and disappointing that is? Please tell us what you are going to do about this. If you do nothing to sort this, then this was false material information that was advertised and I'm sure you are aware of the implications of that. I'm completely perplexed as to what to do now. Spend another 270 pounds to see if the Logitech G93 works any better? Although I'm hearing on here that users are having issues with that too. That's the only other affordable and compatible wheel for my playseat challenge.  I know you only care to investigate topics with multiple votes but this is never going to happen with an issue with one specific brand. Surely the official F1 SIM can't be incompatible with mid range racing wheels. We can't all afford to spend thousands on direct drive. If you can't fix this then least you should do is refund us for the game. I await your reply. 

It's a right pain! The only why I know its to restart the game ever time the wheel goes down. I know that doesn't fix it for good but hopefully helps you race a little. 

It's like the game doesn't recognise the wheel after about a hour of game play and the game will crash after like it unable to run properly with the wheel connected 

Hello!!! Anyone from EA there ??? Either fix this or refund our money please. If I pay £70 for anything else in life and that doesn't do what it says it will do, then a refund to the consumer is the rules. We can't even contact you directly , because you hide behind a forum so you have the option to ignore. I feel conned out of my money and let down massively on a faulty product. 

Still have the same issue with no word of being fixed! How can you say you game works with all wheel then the game crashes using a wheel that been out since 2021. I want my money back the game no play able for more then a hours its a joke
