Time Trial is broken.

For some reason, whenever I want to log into time trial the game just crashes, as soon as I choose the car I want to drive (even on equal and realistic performance) the game freezes for approximately two (2) seconds and then crashes back into my desktop, have found this issue on windowed borderless and fullscreen also.
I have not modded the game and everything is vanilla.
