Both the weather forecast in the motor home for races at 50% distance and the forecast on the grid are rarely correct. It may say rain for the last few laps and start raining on lap 2. It might say partly cloudy conditions in the weekend preview in the motor home and then be raining when you move to the race.
It makes it hard to know when to sim races to avoid rain.
