40 level issue

I have just finished the grind for level 40 and when I went to claim my reward i used the auto claim feature and when i did this the game basically froze and than i was back on the screen showing the level pass. It showed that i had claimed Roberto Firmino and i did not want to claim this item. I hope that this issue gets resolved thanks and have a blessed day.
