Commands are not correct on keyboard

I play on the keyboard and configured the keys being the A key in the attacking part to pass over and in the defensive part to slide and the D key to shoot. When starting a match, the A key performs shooting (in the attacking part what is wrong) and sliding tackle (in the defensive part what is right) and the D key performs pass over (what is wrong).

If you change one key for the other, the D key starts shooting (which is right in the offensive part) but also performs sliding tackle (in the defensive part, which is wrong). 

This issue happens in online modes (division rivals and weeken league)

I already change keyboard, delete profile, uninstalled the game and EA App and nothing worked

Is there anyone with the same problem? How can I fix this?
